Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to architect custom Salesforce solutions and lead complex integrations with enterprise and vendor applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership requiring someone who can drive successful implementations while mentoring development teams and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Development & Architecture :
- Design develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWCs) Flows Visualforce Aura and Salesforce Communities
- Architect robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise / vendor systems using both synchronous and asynchronous patterns
- Leverage integration platforms (MuleSoft Boomi) and Salesforce APIs to ensure seamless data exchange
- Implement comprehensive security controls including authentication authorization encryption and monitoring
