Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least one year of experience to work acute care shifts using Epic EMR.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Acute care setting in an occupational therapy department
  • Schedule includes 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, with an additional 10-hour shift on either Monday or Friday
  • 13-week travel contract
  • Patient charting is performed using Epic EMR
  • 12 hours of orientation provided at the start of assignment
  • Negative drug screen required for campus access
  • Local rates apply to candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required
  • No formal radius rule for eligibility

  • Active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
  • Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Active Illinois OT license or proof that application process has been initiated
