Licensed Nursing Home Administrators - we INVITE you to come join our Team! Our company, a facilitator of subacute, skilled, long term and assisted living care environments, is seeking a servant leader, prepared to transform our industry in an autonomous environment, pushing toward cultural, clinical and financial excellence, in the Topeka area. Familiarity with the Kansas long term care environment is preferred.

We offer competitive pay ranging form $120,000 to $160,000 per year based on experience, with a robust bonus program and excellent benefit package.

We ask for your commitment in providing top quality patient care through the valued facility teamwork and collaboration. Along with patient and family stewardship, you will be responsible for other duties that include but aren’t limited to the following :

Overall operations of the facility in accordance with current state, federal and local standards and regulations.

Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company to ensure the facility is providing the highest level of quality care to their patients.

Provide an environment that motivates the facility staff toward excellence

Responsible for the review and interpretation of the financial outcomes of the facility, with ownership of results

Participation in department management meetings

The ability to mentor your interdisciplinary team to be their best

Affording response and accountability to your resource and consulting teams

EDUCATION :

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICAITON :

Minimum two years’ experience as a LNHA

Must possess a current LNHA license in the state of Kansas

Knowledge of state and federal regulations
