Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Inpatient (Partial Day Program) Psychiatrist to join our comprehensive mental health team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting with physicians, nurses, LCSWs, and patient care coordinators. Job Details Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Partial hospitalization program (max 8 patients) - Patient intakes and crisis checks - Typical diagnoses : schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and depression Serve as an attending psychiatrist - Oversight of psychiatry residents and medical students - Collaborate with two other psychiatrists managing inpatient and partial hospitalization programs Back-up call : Approximately 2 nights / month Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Current Oregon medical license (or eligibility) BCLS certification 2-3 years of experience in Psychiatry Experience working with patients with chronic health conditions Eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + incentives Relocation assistance Paid malpractice coverage CME allowance Comprehensive benefits package Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Location Highlights Access to outdoor recreation in the Willamette Valley, Cascade Mountains, and Oregon Coast Close proximity to Portland (less than 2 hours away) Excellent quality of life in a family-friendly community
