Office Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Hayward, California. Office Assistant Responsibilities :
- Manage company communications by monitoring emails and redirecting messages to appropriate team members.
- Organize and maintain company records, including scanning, filing, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Support company projects such as events, marketing initiatives, and documentation for assessments.
- Assist with clerical duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide receptionist support by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
- Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks and collaborate effectively.
- Ensure timely and precise execution of administrative tasks to support business operations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and maintain a productive work environment.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required.At least one year of administrative experience or current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets and Excel.Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
