Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy plans to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in synergy with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and integrated care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers : Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to promote continued progress at home
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring that patients are on the right path
