Summary
We are seeking an
Executive Assistant
to support the Partner of the Complex Litigation team. This individual will go beyond traditional administrative support, helping to drive the strategic initiatives on behalf of the Managing Partner and senior leadership. You will partner with attorneys and key stakeholders across departments to ensure Leadership’s vision and priorities are effectively and expeditiously executed.
This role is high-responsibility and high-visibility for someone who is high slope, enterprising, and wants to make a real impact scaling operations and unlocking growth.
Responsibilities
Business Management : Coordinate key strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring fluid communication across the team and holding stakeholders accountable to drive outcomes at the highest standard of quality and timeliness.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence : Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into practice performance. Analyze operational, financial, and case-level data to inform strategic decision-making.
Litigation Support : Unlock Managing Partner’s capability to quickly get up-to-speed on all litigations. Collect, examine, and organize evidence, court motions and pleadings, trial materials for attorney review and case preparation. Research and summarize regulations, laws, and case developments to inform litigation strategy.
Meeting Management & Preparation : Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing meeting agendas and collecting and synthesizing background materials, where applicable. Produce follow-up action plans and track deliverables to ensure accountability.
Administrative & Logistical Support : Manage calendar, oversee travel arrangements, capture common benefit time and billing records, submit pro hac vice application, and support other ad hoc administrative or logistical projects, as needed.
Qualifications & Competencies
4+ years of relevant experience, ideally as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Manager in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
Strong organizational skills and time management — able to juggle multiple priorities across different stakeholders and timelines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and proactively — anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive execution.
Data-savvy and analytical — comfortable working with data, summarizing insights, and providing actionable recommendations.
Executive presence — able to act as the voice of the Managing Partner and build respectful, collaborative relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
Extremely high degree of discretion, integrity, and judgment handling confidential information.
Tech-savvy proficient with productivity tools (Office suite, case management or CRM systems, etc.). Experience with AI and automation tools a plus.
A “can-do”, “get-it-done” mentality; self-starter; entrepreneurial mindset; comfort in a fast-moving, limited supervision environment.
Prior experience in legal services environment, or with personal injury case-management workflows or litigation-focused activities preferred.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 USD
