What You'll Do :

Design and deliver exciting, experiential lessons and activities that capture young people's imaginations.

Foster a safe, inclusive space where every youth feels valued and motivated to grow.

Build positive relationships and social skills through asset-based, youth-driven programming.

Monitor program success, adapt to member needs, and ensure a top-notch experience.

Collaborate with community organizations to enhance co-curricular opportunities.

Oversee program administration, including registration and orientation, while ensuring a clean and safe environment.

What You Bring :

Minimum Requirements : High school diploma or GED, a knack for motivating and managing youth, and the ability to work well with diverse families.

Preferred Qualifications : 2-4 year degree in human services or related field, experience in program development, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Schedule : Full-Time (32-35 hours per week) : On school days, Mondays - Fridays from 1 : 30-8 : 00pm, Non-School Days, Mondays - Fridays, 9a-5pm

Pay : $16- $20 per hour (based on related experience for the position)
