Position Overview :

The Corporate Accounting Intern will support the finance and accounting team in various aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and process optimization. This internship offers the opportunity to work with SAP S4 Hana ERP, gaining experience in a critical enterprise resource planning system used by leading organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• SAP S4 Hana ERP : Work with the SAP S4 Hana ERP system to manage financial data, perform reconciliations, and support various accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Data Analysis : Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
• Journal Entries : Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Reconciliations : Perform bank, account, and intercompany reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and assisting in their resolution.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for management review.
• Compliance : Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement : Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and implement process improvements, particularly in the use of the SAP S4 Hana ERP system.
• Ad Hoc Projects : Participate in special projects and assignments as needed, providing support to various finance and accounting initiatives.
