Technical Sales Project Manager

Customer-Facing Role

You'll manage multiple high-visibility projects, serving as the vital link between our internal teams and external partners to ensure customer goals are met with precision and care. Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the cross-functional team by providing project information / updates, confirmed deadlines, and post shipment deliverable requirements while meeting / exceeding customer expectations.
• Responsible for submitting COD to the primary contacts, work with the engineering team to ensure customer specification and project timing are being met.
• Provide technical support to EORs, Customer Engineering, Contractors, and internal Hussmann teams.
• Work with multiple internal departments to solve and correct field issues.
• Prepare technical submittal documents for customer projects.
• Attend customer meetings, review project schedules and coordinate equipment deliveries.
• Assist Sales Principal with equipment sales and presentations for case replacements.
• Set up each new project in the CRM system as needed.
• Receive and review change orders and communicate to respective departments and follow up to make sure changes were made.
• Work with SSS team, logistics partners, factories and customer to assure all delivery schedules are accurate.
• Work with SSS team, logistics partners, factories and customer to assure all deliveries are on schedule and go as planned. Use available tools to proactively track deliveries to confirm updates from carrier are accurate.
• Assist in field issue resolution by helping direct FER / FQS teams and working with factory for quick resolution.
• Review quotes from quoting team for accuracy before sharing with customer.
• Assist with quote reviews with customer to assure our quote matches the customers expectation. Make necessary revisions with the quoters before processing order internally.
• Make regular job site visits to review equipment, walk throughs with the customer, and meet with contractors to strengthen our position as a partner and trusted advisor.
