A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (CST or EST Time Zones). Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence Educate members on Aetna plans, tools, and resources while guiding them through their care journey Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan sponsors while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines Required Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, preferably in a call center Must have high-speed internet with consistent speeds above 25mbps Willingness to work Monday - Friday during specified hours in the local time zone High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
