Job Description
This position is responsible to coordinate the community resources program available to behavioral health patients and community
members. This position will also assist patients referred from Behavioral Health, the Emergency Department, and other units along with the community on how to access available mental health resources in their area. The Behavioral Health Navigation Coordinator will assist the Manager in hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating team members. They will also be responsible to monitor the quality and data collection to identify improvement opportunities and solutions.

1. Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required
2. Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
5. Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications relevant to the position.
6. The ability to develop MSW staff toward licensure requirements is also a requirement.
