Penmarc is currently seeking a Billing Specialist to support our installation team.
Shift : Monday through Friday : 8am-5pm
What you will be doing!
As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing jobs and calculating invoice amounts as well as calculating pay for our installation team. We manage our operations through phone calls, emails and our customer database.
Qualifications :
- Efficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Excel & Word specifically)
- Comfortable working with numbers, invoicing & pay plans
- Previous accounting experience a plus
- Prior experience with Salesforce a plus
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to make decisions and solve problems
