As part of our Silicon Technologies group, you'll help design and manufacture our next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient GPU! You'll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. Do you love working on challenges that no one has solved yet? In this team, we are passionate about writing code for performance modeling for GPUs and the performance model infrastructure. This includes working with architects and designers to understand the units being modeled.

Minimum Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates with a BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Background in GPU, CPU, or SIMD architectures.
• Excellent C / C++ programming skills.
• Experience in hardware performance modeling, analysis, and debug.
• Ability to work well in a team in order to be productive under aggressive product schedules.
• We believe that there is power in teams working together so you must have strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
