Position Overview

Front Desk Reception, local non profit

Hours : Mon - Fri 8 : 30 - 5pm

Location : Central San Diego

Pay : $20 / hr

Duration : Temporary to Permanent, growing our team!

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join mid size non-profit. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests and supporting the non-profit's goal of making a positive impact on community members. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage multiple phone lines efficiently.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage email inbox, respond to messages and pass to appropriate team members.
  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support the non-profit's goal of making a positive impact on community members.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Excel to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in office environment and managing phones
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Required Work Hours

    Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

    Additional Details

    Pay : $20 per hour.
