This high-impact leadership role oversees enterprise-wide revenue cycle operations and is intentionally structured with a clear advancement path into a future Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize all revenue cycle functions, including patient access, coding, billing, claims, reimbursement, and collections.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive financial performance, reduce denials, enhance cash flow, and improve clean‑claim rates.
- Oversee revenue cycle analytics, KPI reporting, and forecasting to guide executive‑level decision‑making.
- Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams to streamline workflows and elevate the patient financial experience.
- Implement and modernize technology platforms, systems, and processes to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams across multiple revenue cycle disciplines.
- Support enterprise strategic planning with increasing responsibilities that lead into a future CRO role.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle; multi‑site or multi‑state experience is highly preferred.Proven history of driving measurable improvements in revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency.Expertise in payer relations, denials management, RCM technologies, and healthcare financial compliance.Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or certifications (CRCE, CHFP, FHFMA) are preferred.Why This Role
