Regional Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Regional Analyst will work closely with the Regional Business Service Officer and Regional Business Development Manager to support business initiatives to ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit. This role includes management of business development and service projects.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyzes current processes and generate solutions to improve business performance and efficiency of the region
• Places formats and synthesizes content into set templates for one-pagers and presentations using company branded guidelines
• Attends meetings with the Regional Business Service Officer or Regional Business Development Manager to find solutions to complex problems
• Manages databases spreadsheets and other software platforms to automate business functions and to track business activities
• Generates reference documents reports and charts
• Assists the Regional Business Service Officer with coordination of local operational and client service support within the region for newly recruited Financial Advisors
• Assists the Regional Business Service Officer in responding to client operational or service complaints escalated from Business Service Managers
• Supports the Regional Business Development Manager in identifying the regions largest growth opportunities across the platform

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $68000 - $95000 per year at the commencement of employment. However base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include commission earnings incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
