Collections Supervisor

Classic Westchester is working with a privately held company that is seeking a proven leader with a strong collections and supervisory background. This is a hands-on role and the individual must have implemented specific structures by establishing policies developing processes and improving workflows. Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the collections department ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Develop review and implement policies and procedures to improve collections processes.

Monitor collection activity and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

Set clear goals evaluate performance and support professional development of team members.

Lead and influence process improvement initiatives including automation and ERP optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance customer service and operations to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Prepare reports track key metrics and ensure monthly production targets are achieved.

Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

6 years of experience in collections cash application or customer invoicing.

3 years of supervisory experience leading high-performing teams.

Proven ability in developing workflows policies and process improvements.

Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite and Versapay is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
