Compensation : $41,500+

Responsibilities :

Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Operate a multi-line phone system
• Check and transfer voicemails
• Distribute Mail and Faxes as they come in
• Ensure copy rooms, conference rooms, and bathrooms are tidy and stocked
• Manage supply inventory
• Prepare conference rooms as necessary
• Light janitorial throughout the day
• Greet and assist all visitors to the firm
• Starts new client binders
