The Chief People and Culture Officer will also be expected to lead key initiatives on employee engagement and well-being, and to ensure that the organization's values and culture are reinforced across all levels. Technical HR expertise, particularly in an international development environment, is essential, and preference will be given to candidates with a strong logistical fit, including the ability to speak French and a willingness to travel to the company's countries of operation.
