Product Operations Manager, Boarding

The Product Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling product teams to operate effectively, efficiently, and with scale within our Boarding Product team. Boarding encompasses both legal / credit boarding (i.e. merchant registration, verification and underwriting) as well as the technical set-up required to enable processing. This role ensures that tools, processes, and data practices across the product lifecycle are optimized to support decision-making and successful delivery. You will collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market partners to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and foster a culture of data-driven product development.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with experience in process design, tooling, and stakeholder management within a product-led environment.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

• Support the execution and continuous refinement of our Product Ways of Working (PWoW), including governance cadences, decision gates, and review forums.
• Document, maintain, and improve standard processes, playbooks, and templates for intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with leadership to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives.
