The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Data and Platform Engineering. Candidates for this position should be educated to a Bachelor's degree level, with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership role in data engineering or a related field, demonstrating international expertise. Strong technical proficiency in data engineering technologies and tools, data management principles, and data security best practices is essential. The role involves extensive collaboration with executive leadership, mentoring and coordinating AI initiatives, and representing the organization externally. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, skilled at managing third-party providers, and experienced in commercial management and negotiations. A hands-on, self-confident, and results-oriented approach, with a focus on innovation, is also required.
