Job Title : Event Sales Manager – Nightlife & Entertainment Venue

Location : Las Vegas, NV

Salary : $70,000

About the Opportunity

We are working with a one-of-a-kind nightlife destination in Las Vegas that blends immersive entertainment, interactive games, neon-inspired visuals, and a creative food & beverage program. This dynamic venue is the ultimate spot for group outings, private parties, and corporate events.

They are now seeking a motivated Event Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, secure bookings, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. This is an exciting role for a sales-driven professional with a passion for events, hospitality, and nightlife.

The Role

As Event Sales Manager , you will :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on group sales and private events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, and partners.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of all events.
  • Partner with marketing to promote events through campaigns, social media, and outreach.
  • Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, or events .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Confident working independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
