Technical Sales Representative

Looking to take the next step in your sales career? Staffmark is hiring a Technical Sales Representative for a growing aerospace team in Riverside, CA. If you have three years of technical sales representative experience in aerospace, we want to hear from you!

Schedule :

Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 000 PM

Pay Rate : $32 - $38 / hour

Essential Functions :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of technical sales, inside sales, or customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven success in outbound customer communication and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude to interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient in ERP / CRM systems (EPICOR preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities; able to work effectively under deadlines.
• Experience with government contracting or bid processes a plus.
