Cybersecurity Instructor

A company is looking for a Senior Instructor - Cybersecurity (Part time).

Key Responsibilities

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by teaching lessons and employing strategies that meet the needs of adult learners

Evaluate student performance by providing constructive feedback and managing Performance Action Plans for those needing additional support

Serve as a role model and ambassador for the brand, promoting student retention and satisfaction through effective communication and classroom culture

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in areas like network security and incident response

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices

Experience with key cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISO 27001

Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools and platforms like Wireshark and AWS security tools

Certifications such as CEH, CISM, or CISSP are strongly preferred
