Purpose : The Retail Stock Manager II oversees stock operations for retail locations with sales between $15-30 million, ensuring efficient inventory management, optimal stock levels, and seamless coordination between receiving and sales floor operations.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment :
Education and Experience : The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 4 years : In a management role : Requires at least one year of experience managing stock operations or inventory management teams in retail environments
In a technical role : Requires 4 years of experience in stock operations, inventory management, or supply chain coordination with multi-location responsibility
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related program can count for 2 of the 4-year requirement
Specialized Training : Knowledge of retail inventory management systems, supply chain processes, and vendor relationship management
Experience with inventory systems like SAP and CrunchTime; SAP WMS experience preferred
Understanding of U.S. Customs, FDA, and regulatory compliance requirements
Working knowledge of HACCP preferred
Knowledge of loss prevention and regulatory compliance requirements for stock operations
Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory reports, analyze stock performance data, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Ability to manage multi-line business operations across retail, restaurant, and duty-free environments with understanding of unique operational requirements for each
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to resolve complex inventory issues, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL or commercial truck driving experience preferred but not required, especially in urban locations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and senior management while presenting complex information clearly
Expertise in inventory management best practices with proven ability to implement systems and processes that improve accuracy, efficiency, and operational performance
Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve common goals
