Florida Licensed Dean of Students

A company is looking for a Dean of Students to support academic accountability and student success in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce academic accountability policies, including attendance and discipline

Investigate student-related issues and collaborate with staff and families for resolution

Analyze academic data to identify trends and recommend interventions for student performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Valid Florida teaching certificate (or ability to obtain)

Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a virtual or blended setting

Strong understanding of Florida state academic standards and accountability requirements

Ability to pass a federal background check
