About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Graduate Studies to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all aspects of graduate education. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Office of Graduate Studies, working closely with academic leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, and representing the institution's graduate programs regionally and beyond. This role requires a highly qualified individual with an earned doctorate, a strong background in graduate program management, and a proven track record in recruitment, retention, and training of graduate students. Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Graduate Studies position at the company should have a doctorate and at least six years of professional experience in higher education, with a minimum of three years in a managerial role.
