Security Officer - Resort

The Security Officer - Resort will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property in a 140-acre resort setting. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, a problem solver, customer service-oriented, and physically fit to cover the large area on foot and in a vehicle. Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent social skills and be able to interact with guests and law enforcement agencies. Must be able to handle fast-paced and emergency situations calmly and with composure. Must be flexible to work any schedule including weekends and holidays - preferably 2nd shift (2 : 30PM-11 : 30PM).

Responsibilities : Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members by actively participating in the resort's day-to-day security operations. Control access and monitor the property using various security tools and technologies. Patrol the resort on foot and in a vehicle to detect and respond to any suspicious activity. Greet and interact positively with guests and team members to maintain a productive and safe environment. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary support and assistance. Document security and safety reports that may be used for investigation and analysis purposes.
