Senior Production Test and Validation Technician

Description :

• This is an experienced, hands-on expert role responsible for electro-mechanical assembly, complex diagnostics, and high-reliability testing of our critical production systems, such as high-power electronics or avionics systems.

This role operates with a high degree of independence and autonomy, performing root cause analysis down to the component level, driving process improvements, and mentoring junior technicians to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met.

Job Responsibilities :

Documentation : Maintain meticulous test logs, quality records, and detailed technical documentation.
