Orthopedics Physician

Northwest Minnesota hospital looking to add general orthopedic surgeon to its on-campus practice. Practice currently has 1 full time surgeon, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 2 Physician Assistants. Weekly schedule consists of clinic and OR blocks, and 1-3 days outreach per provider with a call of 1 : 2 rotated weekdays and weekends. Access to PACS system and EMR from home greatly reduces time in facility after hours. $600K annual base salary with a $100K signing bonus and $50K retention bonus after year 2. Excellent benefits including self-insured malpractice, tail coverage, short and long-term disability and retirement with a minimum 6-weeks' time off per year.
