Specialty : Outpatient Pain Management primarily interventional and nonopioid therapies

We are a rapidly growing, multi-site pain management practice in Phoenix committed to enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based care and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. We specialize in interventional procedures (e.g., epidurals, nerve blocks, RFA, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, MILD) and emphasize safe, opioid-sparing treatment strategies.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations : detailed histories, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic testingCreate individualized, multimodal pain management plans including medication, physical therapy, and proceduresEducate and counsel patients and families regarding pain strategies, lifestyle modifications, and medication expectationsCoordinate care within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, psychologists, case managersDocument thoroughly in electronic medical records and support continuity of careQualifications
Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant License in ArizonaNCCPA certification (PAC) and DEA registration with Schedule IIIV prescribing authorityBLS required; ACLS preferredPreferred : 12+ years experience in pain management, anesthesiology, spine care, or orthopedicsWhat We Offer
