Environmental Field Technicians (LDAR) needed for the TPRI facility located in Port Arthur, TX .
Primary job duties include leak detection and repair at petrochemical facilities using environmental air sampling techniques.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a highly regulated, detail oriented environment where strict adherence to rules and procedures is required at all times.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Maintain assigned PPE, Project Equipment & Supplies
- Perform component field inspections in accordance with Method 21 standards and techniques
- Perform required visual inspections in accordance with applicable regulations
- Maintain LDAR monitoring equipment per manufacturers guidelines
- Perform daily instrument calibrations and quarterly certifications in accordance with Method 21 and any site-specific rules
- Identify changes to Component Inventory in field and log appropriate comment to correct issue IE Missing Tag (MT), Removed from Service (RFS), Temporarily Out of Service (TOS)
- Identify and log any Open-Ended Lines (OEL) found in field
- Attain basic understanding of all regulations and rules applicable to assigned site
- Performs all assigned task with little to no supervision
- Actively engages leadership for Career Path Guidance and Advancement Opportunities
- Completes all assigned reoccurring training before due date
- Adheres to ATLAS Work Attendance Policy
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Adheres to all ATLAS company policies and procedures
