Essential Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Lead and support AT&T Sales Associates executing outreach campaigns across assigned territories, focused on wireless plan acquisition and bundled service promotion.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, deliver tactical coaching, and ensure individual and team benchmarks are consistently achieved across outreach zones.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to strengthen campaign readiness and territory coverage.
• Collaborate with campaign directors to refine strategy, optimize residential targeting, and elevate client acquisition outcomes.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by tracking team activity, service activations, and engagement milestones to support campaign visibility and reporting.
• Represent AT&T and Westpeak Consultants with strategic discipline, brand alignment, and campaign-grade execution across wireless initiatives.
