We build ethical, inclusive digital ID powered by biometrics to verify that health, aid, and services truly reach people. Simprints partners with organizations like Gavi to boost immunization rates in developing countries, Ministries of Health like Ghana on pandemic response, and NGOs like BRAC to deliver maternal healthcare. Studies have shown Simprints increases impact through real-time, precision data, for example increasing maternal health visits by 38% in Bangladesh or accurate HIV tracing by 62% in Malawi. Department Overview

Primary Function : The People Operations team at Simprints is dedicated to fostering a positive work culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring that the organization's People Operations processes and policies align with Simprints' mission and values. They are also responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Key Goals :

• Foster a supportive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee well-being and engagement.
• Ensure efficient HR processes and policies that align with organizational goals and values.
• Attract and retain top talent through effective employee development and when necessary, assist with recruitment
• Plan and execute a great in-person company offsite, efficiently organizing and coordinating our global workforce
