Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide full-scope primary care in an outpatient clinic located in Louisville, KY. This role is well-suited for a provider who enjoys serving diverse communities and values both autonomy and team collaboration.

Position Overview

Provide preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education

Work with a diverse patient panel across all age groups

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery

Support clinical documentation and coordination through EMR systems

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary averages $105,000 – $120,000 annually , depending on experience

MSN or DNP with active Kentucky Nurse Practitioner license
