Customer Service Representative – Call Center
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic banking call center team.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations.
Handle calls efficiently, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of retail, online banking, mortgage, and business products.
Assist customers promptly with inquiries and provide accurate resolutions.
Actively listen and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering guidelines.
Identify and report any suspicious activities.
Cross-sell financial services and products where applicable.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, or residential loan experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
Preferred : Bilingual candidates (not required).
