We are looking for multiple BizDev Reps (BDRs) to join our new outbound sales team that we're developing Scottsdale, AZ. We're embarking on an ABM motion, which means selecting companies we want to sell to ("accounts") and getting their attention by calling them, texting them, and messaging decision-makers on linkedin. That's where you come in ;-)
This role is fully outbound : As an Aloware BDR, your focus is on generating and qualifying leads, that we've selected or found (from shows, events, webinars, and the like). Your goal is to identify potential customers, research their company, engage them, and set up initial meetings or demos for the AE.
You'd be outbound oriented as operate at top of the funnel. Expect 100+ calls, texts, emails and linkedins (!) a day. Expectation is to have 10 qualified meetings set per month.
Target accounts :
Our target ACV is $15k to $100k. We are looking at companies between 20 - 500 employees. Our target account uses HubSpot or Salesforce as their CRM, and 20-100 salespeople. you'd be selling a dialer solution to other sales teams.
