Kforce has a client in Miami FL that is seeking a Design Systems Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the multi-brand mobile native-first design system strategy governance and evolution
- Manage a small high-impact team (Sr. Product Designer Design System Engineer)
- Collaborate across product engineering and platform teams for SwiftUI Jetpack Compose and React Native
- Own design token architecture (color type spacing elevation) docs and publication pipeline (Zeroheight)
- Maintain Figma libraries align with Storybook and GitHub-based codebases
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) performance and native behavior
- Train teams publish release communications run discovery workshops and onboard squads
- Tool stack : Figma Zeroheight Storybook GitHub Jira Confluence Bitbucket
