Information Management Analyst - 6 month contract w / possibility of extension or hire based on business needs and performance

Location : Nashville, TN (Onsite)

Pay : $22 / hr

Schedule : Mon - Fri flexible 7 : 00a-4 : 00p, 8 : 00a-5 : 00p, or 9 : 00a-6 : 00p

Job Summary :

We're looking for a highly skilled Information Management Analyst to act as a subject matter expert for our client's core membership and roster data. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for applying your technical and operational expertise to manage our membership processes and lead complex projects, including corporate reorganizations, mergers, and new company implementations.

Working closely with the client's IT & Systems team and other departments, you will ensure our membership systems are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for efficiency.

What You'll Do :

  • Data & Systems Management :
  • Maintain the primary membership database, ensuring all membership changes, additions, and deletions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the lead contact for IT & Systems, managing open work requests, drafting new work orders, and proposing system improvements.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure the integrity of all membership information.
  • Generate and present monthly summary membership reports for executive management.
  • Project Leadership :
  • Lead major corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring member data and engagement structures are accurately reflected in our systems.
  • Act as a project manager for reorganization initiatives and serve as the lead for the New Member Implementation rostering workstream.
  • Collaborate with other GPOs and industry groups to improve data processes, reduce duplication, and implement training materials.
  • Training & Collaboration :
  • Train and onboard new membership employees, as well as new Account Directors and Managers, on our systems and processes.
  • Work with internal teams, including Legal and Pharmacy Integration, to identify and implement workflow improvements.
  • Serve as a key resource for routine vendor inquiries via email and phone.
  • Create and update membership process guides and system user guides as needed.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience :
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Membership Analyst or in a similar data management role.
  • Skills & Attributes :
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT & Systems and executive leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
