What You'll Do :

• Develop and communicate a unified design strategy that aligns with Inkitt's product-led business goals and brand vision.
• Provide creative leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of high-quality collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee and contribute to the design of our external-facing app, merchandise, advertising, logo, and paywall systems, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, especially with product management and marketing, to align design initiatives with business priorities.
• Establish design standards and best practices that elevate design quality across all outputs.
• Collaborate with the founder, actively shaping the creative direction.
