CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures. We are seeking a talented Program Manager to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and / or northern Kentucky).

Job Description

• Coordinates with project team to outline work plan and to align duties and responsibilities. - Directs and coordinates activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget - Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. - Prepares project reports for management, customer or others. - Actively identifies and manages risks for the program - Primary point of contact for Customer during development phase. - Participates in all project meetings or conference calls both on and off site - Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

Qualifications / Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimal requirements : - Associates degree or higher in engineering or related technical field or four years' operations experience related to precision manufacturing with a HS Diploma or Equivalent. - Ability to interact with people, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups - Strong computer knowledge to create reports, charts and presentations - Strong mathematical, analytical, writing and communication skills - Must be self-motivated and have the ability to make decisions independently and perform effectively with minimal supervision. - Must be a US Citizen or green card holder - Ability to speak German, Japanese, Chinese, or French a plus.
