About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Transaction Advisory Services with a focus on Healthcare Financial Due Diligence. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of the TAS Centers of Excellence, supporting the national TAS strategy, and leading new business origination efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining key client relationships, coordinating cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of quality services by client engagement teams. The role also involves leading complex deal-related issues, enforcing standards for quality and consistency, and coaching and mentoring staff in critical areas of the business.

Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a focus in accounting, business administration, or finance, and an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of financial statement-related professional services experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated TAS environment, is required. Experience in complex national and multi-national buy and sell-side transactions, as well as a background in a Big 4 or other top-tier consulting firm, is highly valued. The role demands a professional with a CPA certification, strong technical accounting knowledge, and excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of interacting with C-level personnel, exhibit executive presence, and possess the ability to initiate and maintain solid relationships with clients and industry contacts.
