Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage project schedules and track project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide inputs to and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to facilitate project progress.
  • Track and manage the technical aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Report project status, including technical progress, risks, and issues, to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Elaborate and manage stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for the engineering team.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering related field.
  • Proven experience in aerospace engineering, specifically in the design and development of electronic products.
  • Understanding of DO-178, DO-160, and DO-254 guidelines and other regulations for Aerospace / Defense / Automotive / Medical / Pharmaceutical.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing change requests.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report status to stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00 / hr.
