Strategy & Operations Manager, Marketplace

We're looking for an analytical, execution-driven Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale Fleetio's Maintenance Shop Network (MSN) a fast-growing marketplace business that operates like a startup within Fleetio, combining the autonomy of a new venture with the resources and reach of an established SaaS leader. MSN connects fleets to thousands of verified repair shops through a unified digital marketplace. It sits at the intersection of software, payments, and services - bridging the gap between fleets and the physical world of vehicle maintenance.

In this role, you'll contribute to the overall strategy and key initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and adoption of the Shop Network. You'll partner closely with Product, Partnerships, Finance, and GTM to shape how the marketplace operates and evolves including areas such as pricing, economics, network design, and customer activation.

You'll play a hands-on role in building the systems, processes, and programs that make the Shop Network scalable, data-driven, and operationally excellent.

• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that expand the Shop Network's reach, efficiency, and profitability
• Contribute to Shop Network strategy including pricing, vendor economics, long-range (3-year) planning, and marketplace expansion
• Develop and validate business cases for new offerings, incentives, and growth programs
