RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Must be able to manage fragrance briefs relating to category / country / region / or customer to ensure all submissions meet the customer’s cost, performance, and olfactive requirements.
• Must work closely with sales to collect appropriate customer information.
• Must be able to collaborate with marketing team members for trend presentations, customer presentations, and collection presentations, ensuring customer needs / requests are met and align to current market trends.
• Must continue to build olfactive knowledge within the team by staying current on market trends.
• Prepare, coordinate, and set up smelling sessions for teams.
• Must partner with Sales and Marketing in creating customer inspiration or project submission kits.
• Must identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project teams quickly to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Must manage projects with firm deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
