Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Comply with company Code of Conduct, Policies, Procedures, and Safety Protocols and assure compliance of each by all branches, field assigned subordinates, or portfolio staff.
- Develop and foster effective business relationships with all client contacts to ensure their satisfaction and the general health of the relationship.
- Proactively meet with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure compliance and general health of the relationship.
- Develop and foster effective business relationships with all key employees to include branch staff and field assigned leaders, managers, supervisors, and applicable security officers.
- Report upward and downward (via chain of command) client, sub-contractor, or Vendor : complements, complaints, contract changes, service changes, job biding, job-in-jeopardy, or notice of termination.
- Report upward and downward (via applicable and confidential chain of command) client and / or employee workplace policy violations to include but not be limited to : sexual harassment or any general liability concern(s).
- Ensure the continuous, effective, and lawful company compliance as well as applicable city, state and federal mandated compliance, to include but not be limited to : training, re-training, certification, and corresponding record retention of office staff and field assigned personnel.
- Ensure effective and successful branch operations through personal effort, supervision, direction, guidance, and support to subordinate staff and field assigned personnel.
- Maintain effective communication with the branch regarding the fulfillment of business goals and objectives.
- Assure effective management and oversight of all personnel assigned to the branch and field accounts.
- Participate in the formulation of short-range and long-range plans for the continued growth and overall success of the branch.
- Contribute input to the written evaluation process to include : promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Review and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements and budgets.
- Review with the Regional Manager and / or Vice President Job pricing and service proposals.
- Responsible for financial performance and reporting of assigned branches to include reviewing and auditing all necessary weekly and monthly reports.
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all branch issued equipment and vehicles.
- Responsible to report timely and follow up on all incidents, safety violations, and injuries within the region.
- Responsible for assisting corporate collection efforts for outstanding AR.
- Responsible for “Revenue Recognition” within the region to include the proper completion of client contracts, addendums or pay or rate changes.
- Responsible for the oversight of accurate payroll and billing.
- Participate in industry-related organizations (i.e., ASIS, BOMA, IFMA, IREM, etc.).
Additional Responsibilities
Assure worksite Post Order Manuals, policies, procedures and accompanying equipment and supplies are current and applicable to each client(s) needs.Assure that all required branch and field reports are effectively completed and submitted to corporate.Assure that all increased costs are recovered through an active rate increase program.Provide oversight to the quality of processes and execution of employee on-boarding to include : recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, training, and deployment.Additional Information / Benefits
