Setting : Outpatient Urgent Care

Status : Permanent

FTE Options : 0.6 to 1.0 FTE

1.0 FTE = 4 shifts / week

0.8 FTE = 3 shifts / week

0.6 FTE = 23 shifts / week (Benefits eligible at 0.6 FTE)

Shift Length :

Weekdays : 1011 hours

Weekends : 78 hours

Clinic Hours :

Weekdays : 9 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

Weekends : 9 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

Call : None

Weekends : Approx. every 3rd weekend

Calendar : Set 36 months in advance Clinical Details

Patient Volume : 3570 patients per day

Staffing per Shift : 1 MD

1 Credentialed Practitioner

1 RN

12 Clinical Assistants

Case Types :

Walk-in acute care for adults & pediatrics

Respiratory illness, minor trauma

Suturing, I&D, splinting, foreign body removal

Musculoskeletal injuries

Non-life-threatening trauma

Workers compensation

Support : Excellent access to specialists and ancillary services

Team : Collegial and experienced clinical staff Requirements

Board Certification / Eligibility :

Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

Certifications : Current BLS Required

Skills Desired :

Critical thinking and multitasking

Team-based care focus

Comfort with procedures (suturing, splinting)

Leadership interest a plus Compensation & Perks
