Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Full-Time or Part-Time | Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehab | Fort Wayne, IN | Indiana CNA Certification Required

Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Whether you’re supporting residents in skilled nursing, short-term rehab, respiratory therapy, or long-term care, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on care in a team-centered environment.

Responsibilities : Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals. Provide personal care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence. Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff. Follow individualized care plans and support nurses and therapists as part of the interdisciplinary team. Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Foster meaningful relationships with residents to support their emotional well-being.

Qualifications : Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana required. CPR certification preferred. Compassionate, resident-first approach to care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred but not required.
