Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Professional to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans for technology categories, leading complex contract negotiations, and driving significant cost optimization initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for technology categories, including software, cloud services, and cybersecurity, with a focus on value creation and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, legal, finance, senior executives) and key technology suppliers to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with business needs and contractual obligations are met.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulations, particularly concerning technology contract terms, vendor risk management, and cybersecurity risk mitigation.
• Lead complex technology contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, SLAs, and risk mitigation clauses.
• Drive cost savings and value improvement initiatives across technology through competitive sourcing and effective supplier management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology sourcing, including vendor and compliance risks.
